The planning and staging of the Sports is undertaken entirely by a group of local volunteers, and the event is totally self-funding.
Becoming a part of this amazing event is very rewarding and fulfilling. Come and join our friendly volunteer community. We have a wide range of activities you can get involved in, from the site’s general build to admin, computer-related tasks, catering, and general assistance.
We also welcome folk to help us prepare the site the week before the event and to assist with ticketing and general support on the day itself.
